Hey Everyone! I'm super excited to send my first weekly email as an official missionary! I have felt like I have been on a spiritual high ever since I got set apart as a missionary this past Sunday, and I am just stoked to get out there and preach the gospel! This first week has already been pretty crazy, and I can see how demanding the missinary life is. My schedule is so packed with classes, workshops, and study time, but as long as it sometimes seems, I love it!
My district is super cool, we are all spread aprt throughout the US, and it has been great getting to know everyone, and share spiritual insights. I already feel pretty close with them and I'm so excited to get to meet them in person next week. It's also been cool getting to know my comp, I'm looking forward to getting to know her more and help each other become better missionaries.
Since I don't have a lot of updates since it's only my first week, this email is pretty short, but I just want to end with a spiritual message. 1 John 4:16 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.
If you should know anything, know that I love God! As you strice to grow closer to Him, you will feel His love, and you will feel the joy that comes with feeling His love for you.
